K.P. Midlands offer a full range of plastering services to customers throughout Derby and the South of Derbyshire, including Burton, Etwall, Hilton and Etwall.

Plastering and Dryling

We offer a comprehensive range of wet plastering systems using a wide range of undercoats and finishes for every application from traditional hand applied two-coat work to re-plastering.

We also provide durable, high quality drylining works using various types of plasterboard that satisfy requirements from space division to fire, sound, thermal, moisture and impact resistance regulations.

Screeding

We use traditional factory mixed cement sand screed which can be used for all conventional screed applications, particularly when considering use as a floating screed in bonded and un-bonded construction projects.

Rendering

We carry out traditional sand/cement renders either ready mixed or mixed on site. We also use proprietary products such as OCR and Fibrocem. We can apply textured paint finishes to sand/cement renders such as Hi-build, Glixstone and Cullaplast in a variety of colours.
